1.1 Booking Procedures:
To schedule an appointment at DND Esthetics, you may use our online booking system, or call us directly at 469-999-4512. We strive to accommodate all appointment requests; however, availability may vary based on current scheduling.

1.2 Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy:

We strive to accommodate everyone’s needs. If you must cancel, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Canceling your appointment within 48 hours will result in a $75.00 charge.

If you must rebook your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Rebooking your appointment within 48 hours will result in a $30.00 charge.

1.3 Policy on Late Arrivals:

If you arrive late for your appointment, please note that we may need to adjust the service duration or reschedule depending on how late you are and our schedule. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and apply a cancellation fee. To avoid disruptions and ensure a smooth experience, please try to arrive on time.
